Welcome to TruBarber. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the TruBarber apps and website (the "Services"), operated by TRUBARBER LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("we," "us," "our"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Services.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
3. The Platform
TruBarber is a platform that connects customers seeking barbering services with independent barbers and barbershops. We are not a provider of barbering services. Barbers are independent businesses solely responsible for the services they provide, their pricing, availability, licensing, and conduct.
4. Bookings, Cancellations & Payments
Customers may book appointments through the app. Barbers set their own services, prices, and cancellation policies. Payments are processed through our third-party payment provider. Any disputes regarding services rendered are between the customer and the barber.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to misuse the Services, including: posting false information, harassing other users, attempting to circumvent the platform, or using the Services for any unlawful purpose.
6. Content
You retain ownership of content you submit (e.g., profile photos, reviews) but grant us a license to use it to operate and promote the Services. You are responsible for the content you post.
7. Barber Obligations
Barbers represent that they hold all licenses and permits required to provide their services and will comply with all applicable laws and health regulations.
8. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of services booked through the platform.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TRUBARBER LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services or from services provided by any barber.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for violation of these Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
